creating a good name for the car means not falling into car hell and selling vehicles that have been repaired after a crash as vehicles that have not been crashed or with tachometers that have been tampered with, which became almost the norm in the Czech Republic and many other countries during sales of used cars
The history certificate contains all records on the car card, which were made from the time the car was first registered: the tachometer is read and recorded every time a transcription is made; record is also made of every change of owner, crash, flooding, activation of the airbags, use of the vehicle as a taxi, leasing, commercial use, private use, conversion, removal from registration, investigation in the event of theft and copies of registration papers; this certificate is issued by the CARFAX certification authority, which registers cards for more than 2.1 billion vehicles and guarantees the information stated by purchasing the vehicle from any aggrieved party or, as the case may be, by paying them USD 5,000.00 in damages if it is ascertained that their information deluded the buyer;
if you come across an offer where you are suspicious that something is not right with the vehicle, all you have to do is write the
VIN code ((i.e. the 17-digit number of the bodywork) from the plate behind the front windscreen and call us or write to
inform us of the number and according to this VIN code we will then immediately screen the vehicle and inform you within a few days whether everything is as it should be.
Our cars do not come from the so-called SALVAGE auctions, held by insurance companies and courts where stolen, crashed or found (if stolen in the past) cars are gathered; you will find that cars have been repaired after an accident in 100% of cases if the vehicle is offered for sale in a used car showroom after import as it is very simple to buy a crashed car abroad and to repair it cheaply here in the Czech Republic and then to anonymously sell it through a used car showroom; the reality can again be ascertained by checking the
VIN code
on the offered car.
New cars have a guarantee (most frequently 3 years/60.000km), which we guarantee for you for the whole guarantee period;
it is a little known fact that all vehicles that cross the ocean, immediately forfeit their factory guarantee with some exceptions, such as for example Porsche, which provides a global guarantee.
Used cars have a statutory guarantee according to the system of laws of the European Union, the so-called "Liability for defects", which lasts for 12 months.
Suspiciously cheap offers appear daily on the Internet for cars subject to the so-called direct purchase in Canada and the USA by companies or entities that are not represented in the Czech Republic or, as the case may be, with sale across the street; a cheap price could mean a vehicle found after theft, repaired after a crash or cleaned after flooding or in the worst case, a vehicle resulting from criminal activity (stolen or made up of stolen and crashed parts).

After purchase, the cars are subjected to a detailed inspection and if any defect is found the car is not shipped to the Czech Republic; if, despite this, a defect appears on the car, we will try to accommodate you as quickly as possible and to arrange for rectification.
